DHATS Coffee began with one belief: specialty coffee at home should feel exciting, not intimidating.
We make freshly roasted coffee with enough character to make espresso, drip, Dirty Coffee and slow mornings at home feel worth the pause.

Some coffees are deep and comforting. Some are clear and bright. Some are made to play beautifully with milk. Different moods, one idea: let every coffee keep its own personality.

DHATS is not a finished idea. We are building a coffee company around better everyday rituals — freshly roasted beans, thoughtful objects and more considered choices around the cup.
From DHATS-made drinkware to giving used coffee grounds a next life, we intend to keep making, improving and finding better ways forward.

At DHATS, we want the end of the cup to become the beginning of another use. The next life we are building for used coffee grounds is something simple and useful: a plant pot.
From cup to pot

The method is intentionally simple: used coffee grounds are dried, combined with recycled paper pulp, shaped and pressed into a new form.
Designed with an ending
Made to hold life.
Not to last forever.
The point is not to replace one permanent material with another.
We want the pot to be useful, age naturally and eventually move on — a considered object with a purpose, rather than another piece of permanent plastic.

Yesterday’s coffee.
Tomorrow’s growth.
Coffee begins as something grown. We want part of what remains after brewing to find its way back to growing again.
